A carrier built one truck at a time

We are an asset-based motor carrier, which means the trucks are ours, the drivers work with us directly, and the capacity we commit to is capacity we actually control. Freight booked with Maas Logistics does not get posted back to a load board.

Since 2018 we have served more than 5,000+ customers, from single-load shippers to distribution networks that need trailers at their dock every week. Most of that freight moves out of North Texas — Dallas–Fort Worth distribution freight, packaged food and beverage, plastics, building products and retail replenishment — into markets across all 48 continental states.

Our home base is Melissa, Texas, just north of Dallas on the US-75 corridor, minutes from the I-35E, I-30 and I-45 network. That geography puts Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, Oklahoma City and Memphis inside a short response window, which is why we can cover a hot load in the metroplex the same day.

What we have chosen to invest in says more than a mission statement would. Tractors are 2020–2025 Freightliner Cascadia automatics with APU, inverter, dash cam, fridge and microwave. Trailers are 2018–2025 dry van, reefer and power-only. The entire fleet runs Samsara ELD, so tracking and hours-of-service-aware ETAs come standard rather than as an upcharge.

We are also actively upgrading toward electric Class 8 tractors, with a stated goal of a carbon-neutral fleet by 2030 — deployed first on the regional, base-returning duty cycles where the equipment genuinely performs, and measured against diesel baselines rather than announced and forgotten.

And we pay drivers accordingly: 87–90% of gross for owner-operators, 55–60 CPM for reefer company drivers, all miles paid, non-forced dispatch around the clock.
