Terms & Conditions

Effective August 18, 2026. These terms govern your use of the Maas Logistics LLC website and any quote request or driver application you submit through it. See also our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website, requesting a freight quote, or submitting a driver pre-qualification form, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit information through it.

2. Who we are

Maas Logistics LLC is an asset-based motor carrier based in Melissa, Texas, providing full truckload dry van and refrigerated transportation across the 48 continental US states. You can reach us at dispatch@maaslogistic.com or (916) 770-7323.

3. Quotes are estimates, not contracts

Rates quoted through this website are non-binding estimates based on the information you provide and on capacity available at the time of the quote. Rates may change based on actual weight, dimensions, commodity, accessorial requirements, detention, appointment windows, fuel, or market conditions. A binding transportation agreement is formed only when both parties confirm a load in writing (rate confirmation) and is governed by that rate confirmation, our carrier-shipper agreement, and applicable federal law, including 49 U.S.C. § 14706 (the Carmack Amendment) for cargo liability.

4. Consent to be contacted (calls, texts, email)

When you submit a quote request or driver form, you expressly consent to be contacted by Maas Logistics LLC and its authorized representatives at the phone number and email address you provide — including by autodialed or prerecorded calls and SMS text messages — regarding your request, your load, your application, and related services. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of employment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out and HELP for help; you may also email dispatch@maaslogistic.com to be removed. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop operational messages about an active shipment or application.

5. Your information must be accurate

You agree that the information you submit is truthful, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you are authorized to provide any phone number or email address you enter. Do not submit another person's contact information without their permission.

6. Driver applications

Driver pre-qualification submissions are used solely to evaluate you for a driving position. Employment is subject to DOT/FMCSA requirements, including verification of CDL status, employment history, MVR review, PSP and Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse queries, and DOT drug and alcohol testing under 49 CFR Part 40 and Part 382. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of employment or a contract of employment. All employment with Maas Logistics LLC is at will.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use this website to transmit unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful content, to scrape or harvest data by automated means without permission, to interfere with the operation or security of the site, or to submit false load or application information.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Maas Logistics LLC name, logo, text, photography, and page design — is owned by Maas Logistics LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or republish it for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Third-party links and services

This site links to third-party services (for example our online driver application platform and analytics providers). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of third-party sites.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Transit times, lane information, and rate ranges shown on the site are illustrative and are not guaranteed.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maas Logistics LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of your use of this website. Cargo claims are governed exclusively by the applicable rate confirmation, our carrier-shipper agreement, and federal law, not by this website.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maas Logistics LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of your misuse of this website or your submission of inaccurate or unauthorized information.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Nothing here limits rights or remedies available under federal transportation law.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
